If you order sessions with a personal tutor, the tutoring will follow a plan tailored specifically for you, your goals and your needs. You and your tutor will work together to create this plan based on how you learn best. These sessions can happen in person in one of the major cities of Norway,or over the internet from anywhere in the world.

In addition to a personal tutor with a teaching plan specifically made for you, you will have access to the help of math experts in our chat feature 24 hours a day for free.

To maximize your learning, we recommend that you work with a tutor continuously for some time. We also offer tutoring as preparation for big tests and exams. We also offer tutoring for people who are out of school but wish to redo high school subjects.

House of Math is a tutoring company with strict requirements for the tutors’ technical, didactic and pedagogical competency in mathematics. We have several tutors with PhDs in mathematics or experience as a mathlete on the Norwegian national team; that’s why we call ourselves math experts. That means we have the ability to tutor mathematics all the way from elementary school up to and including some of higher education.

Math is a basic subject in school, and is therefore defined as one of the three most important school subjects. A basic understanding of mathematics is also a good basis to understand other subjects like social science, marketing, economy and statistics.
